Description

On April 26th, we would love to invite you to Roney Point, into the yurt, for a full day of deep relaxation and replenishment.

We have been holding these circles for over six years now, gathering once a month to create a space where people can reconnect not only with themselves, but with a beautiful community that has grown and evolved over time. There is something incredibly powerful in sitting in circle, listening to others share their stories, or simply setting quiet intentions of gratitude. These moments have deeply supported my own journey, and it is an honour to hold this space for others.

The yurt will be open from 10:30am to allow you to arrive slowly, settle in, ground yourself, and create your own little sanctuary, perhaps with a journal, a crystal, or anything that brings you comfort.

At 11:00am, we will begin with a cacao ceremony. Cacao is a beautiful, heart-opening elixir, rich in nutrients and compounds such as anandamide, often referred to as the “bliss molecule.” It works not only on the physical body, but also gently supports the emotional body, reminding us that nothing is separate when it comes to healing.

Following this, we will move up to the house for a light, nourishing snack before returning to the yurt for our yoga practice. As April carries the energy of spring and expansion, our practice will reflect this, opening through the heart space and moving energy gently through the body. This is a grounding and accessible practice, suitable for all levels. You are always encouraged to meet yourself exactly where you are rest when needed, rejoin when ready, and allow the experience to unfold naturally.

After yoga, we will gather again in the house for a wholesome, nutritionally dense lunch prepared by our chef. Please let me know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.

We will then return to the yurt for a deeply restorative sound bath. During this time, you will be invited to lie down and receive the vibrations of instruments such as gongs, chimes, and rattles, which work on a cellular level to support relaxation and healing. These ancient practices continue to hold profound value, and it is a privilege to share them in a modern day setting.

To close the day, you will be invited to join me in the wood-fired sauna. There is no rush on these days, we encourage you to create space afterwards so that you don’t have to leave in a hurry. This is your time to fully unwind, integrate, and simply be.

Our intention is that you leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and perhaps with a sense of connection—to yourself and to others. These gatherings are held monthly to support that ongoing sense of community, growth, and reconnection.

Together is always better.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Namaste,
Liz & Team

As with every ritual and ceremony, your safety is always at the forefront of our minds.

If you are currently taking any medication, have any underlying health conditions, are in your first trimester of pregnancy, or have recently had surgery or have a pacemaker, it is important that you let us know in advance.

This allows us to make any necessary adjustments, particularly with cacao dosage and during the sound healing so that your experience remains safe, supportive, and aligned with your needs.
