Any use of our Websites by anyone under 18 constitutes an unauthorized use and a violation of these terms and conditions; we do not authorize use of this Website by anyone under 18.

When using our website or online courses, you supply us with your ‘personal information’ in order to purchase products, join our courses or to subscribe to receive our newsletter and/or free resources. We need your contact details to process these orders. Please note we take your privacy seriously and we make sure your personal information is well protected. When you visit our online shop, subscribe to our courses or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Licensee / Licensor Rights: Your License to Us

Pricing
All product prices are displayed in Euros and are inclusive of the current rate of applicable VAT due in the country of delivery, unless expressly indicated otherwise, and do not include the additional cost of any delivery.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Online Programmes
You are entitled to a full refund within one week of your payment, in accordance with Distance Selling regulations, provided that the course has not already started.
We cannot refund fees in respect of cancellation after this time but we can facilitate a transfer to the course at a different date. We cannot offer partial refunds to students who do not finish a course.
In the event that you are unable to complete the course within the intended time period, please contact info@bhaktihealing.ie to discuss an extension.
Refunds Policy
Here at Bhakti Healing, we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. According to the Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period. This means that you can return any products purchased so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of your order being made.
Should product/s arrive damaged or faulty, we will repair, replace or exchange the product/s when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. You can report faulty or damaged products to info@bhaktihealing.ie or call our customer care line at +353 86 058 3231.
Any products you wish to return, whether it is within the 14 day cooling off period or if they are faulty or damaged, must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery to the address below:

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us including the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered. Please note that we will refund back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, Paypal).
Applicable Laws
By visiting our “sites”, you agree that the laws of the state of Republic of Ireland, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and our associates.
