One of the easiest ways to understand the path of Bhakti and expand our devotional attitude is to treat others the way we would like to be treated. “We do not really love others for their own sake but rather for the Divine Self that resides in them.” As stated by Brihadaranyaka Upanishad.
I am passionate about working with people to help them feel good. I am aware of the daily stresses placed upon us in today’s fast paced life. I aim to reduce stress and bring about more balance physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
I have a keen interest in working with adults and children with additional needs. I have one son Hugo who has autism. He loves reiki and my Himalayan singing bowl. I am aware of the stress and concerns that come with having a loved one with additional needs, it is so important for everyone to practice self- care. You can not pour from an empty cup.
