This is a space for like-minded people to come together and connect with each other. People can share and exchange energy services. This could include reiki, bioenergy, reflexology, integrated energy therapy, etc. All are welcome.
Healing circles promote people to share any difficulties so that we can help each other heal. We hold all stories shared in the circle with confidential.
We treat each other with kindness and respect. We listen with compassion & curiosity. We deepen our own personal work, such as love trust & forgiveness.
There will be a meditation to bring us together as a group. This will help us to become calmer and more settled before we start the healing exchange.
Light refreshments will be served at the end of the session and an opportunity to chat more.
