Usui Reiki Level 1
Reiki Level 1 is a beautiful introduction to the healing art of Reiki and the beginning of a deeper connection with yourself. During this weekend training you will be introduced to the history of Reiki, the chakra system, grounding practices, and the foundations of energy healing.
Throughout the course you will receive four Reiki attunements, opening your energy field to connect more deeply with universal life force energy.
Reiki Level 1 is centred around self-healing, self-awareness, and reconnecting with your true self. Following completion of the training, you will be able to offer Reiki healing to friends and family.
The weekend consists of both theory and plenty of hands-on practice within a supportive and nurturing environment.
Lunch will be provided on both days. Food is vegetarian — please let me know in advance if you have any dietary requirements or allergies.
Please avoid alcohol the evening before the training and for the duration of the course.
