Hi Liz, I’m just coming around after Saturday ? I switched off for the whole weekend after to let it all soak in! I just wanted to say thank you, I have never felt so welcome in someone else’s home! It was the perfect day, I thoroughly enjoyed it ?You are just incredible at what you do, I would listen to you all day! Thank you so so much and thank you to your mam too. Bhakti Healing - Reiki 2 Weekend Ever since meeting Liz in late 2018, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with her and consider her now such an amazing friend! I feel blessed to have her in my life. We definitely attract our soul tribe and Liz is definitely a soul sister! I did Reiki 2 training recently in Dublin with Liz - it was a gorgeous weekend with a lovely, small, intimate group (COVID19 precautions all adhered to!) but what a lovely group to do this training with. It’s funny how people with similar things going on in life end up at the same training - so there was much discussion, chats, laughs and tears - in essence - LOTS OF HEALING!! The Reiki training, learning the sacred symbols and how to use them, lots of hands on treatments, the attunements - everything was planned and worked out so well. It was such a special weekend. And aside from us 3 ladies who were there for training - I was also 35 weeks pregnant, so it was such an amazingly special bond with me and baby, and I feel like my baby is already attuned and will be a wonderful Reiki baby! Thanks Liz for everything and looking forward to the next part of this journey with you, our friendship and next up my Masters In a years time!

Thank you Liz (Dee & Niamh) for an amazing weekend. I have never experienced training like this, I was so excited on day 2 to get here. So much information was given to me and I embraced it all, I feel so light in myself, and excited for the next step in reiki. I will commit to the 28 day cleanse (not out of having too) but because I GENUINELY want too. During this training I felt complete, calm, loved, trust. Huge compassion. Enlightened! I'm probably not doing this justice but you as a trainer, teacher are one of the best. Inspirational. My guru! Thank you. Michelle

Liz you are one of the most genuine beautiful souls I have ever met.Your energy and passion is amazing, never lose that. This has opened/awakened something special in me that's been locked away and I just want more. Your teaching method is easy to understand and so open to giving and receiving. I did not know what to expect when I arrived at Liz home in beautiful Roney Point for my Reiki Level 1. I was full of nerves & excitement but also quite anxious too as I knew there was a reason I was there but just wasn't quite sure why! I had only ever had one Reiki session with Liz so my knowledge was limited and this certainly made me question whether I was taking someone else's place that deserved it more. I could never have anticipated how the weekend would leave me feeling ! Liz is a long time friend of mine & I always knew she was special......but oh my god her energy, knowledge, compassion, understanding, power, strength was stunning & empowering! No judgement .....we were all meant 2 be where we were in that moment & it was wonderful. Her attention to detail was beautiful & her mam Judy was a wonderful edition with her fab food & lunches. I laughed , I cried , I cried I laughed. An experience I will never forgot it took me on a journey that I am still on & if anything you do you need to feel Liz energy & love.....everyone needs Liz in their life....but there is only one. XXXX

I met Liz at Meditation Teacher Training and felt an instant connection with her. So when it came to Reiki 1 training, I was delighted to do the training with her. It was a gorgeous weekend down in her home in Wexford - beautiful welcome, tasty food made by her lovely Mammy Judy, the energy was amazing, honest & open chats and we had so many laughs. The attunements with Liz and her Reiki Master Hazel were powerful! Reiki is a wonderful healing modality and to me it just felt like coming home, reinforcing what I already know and feel in my soul. I am doing ongoing Reiki self-healing now for 6 months and can’t wait to do Reiki 2 with Liz in September! Love & Light.
