A Sacred Closing

Honouring the Journey, Embracing the Stillness

Sunday, 22nd November 2026
Bhakti Healing | Day Retreat
10:30am – 5:30pm approximately

As we approach the closing chapter of 2026, we invite you to gather with us for our final day retreat of the year. A Sacred Closing.

A day dedicated to gratitude, reflection, surrender and integration.

As the natural world begins to slow down and retreat into the stillness of winter, we too are invited to turn inward, pause and honour the journey we have travelled.

Every year brings its own experiences. Moments of joy and connection, unexpected challenges, lessons, growth, loss and transformation. Some experiences shape us gently, while others ask us to dig a little deeper and discover strengths we never knew we had.

This retreat is an invitation to acknowledge all of it.

Not to measure the year by what we have achieved or what remains undone, but to recognise the wisdom we have gathered, the people who have touched our lives and the many ways we have grown.

Together, we will create a sacred space to honour what has been, gently release what we no longer wish to carry and welcome the restorative energy of winter.

What to Expect

Held within the nurturing surroundings of our beautiful yurt, our day will unfold gently through a combination of mindful practices, connection and rest.

Ceremonial Cacao & Opening Circle – Opening our hearts through the ancient tradition of ceremonial cacao, creating space for connection, intention and gratitude.

Mindful Yoga & Yin Practice – A grounding, heart-centred practice combining gentle movement, breath awareness and deeply restorative postures. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Guided Reflection & Journaling – An opportunity to reflect on the year that has shaped us, honour our experiences and recognise the wisdom we carry forward.

A Sacred Closing Ceremony – A symbolic ritual of gratitude, release and surrender, allowing us to acknowledge what has been and gently make space for what lies ahead.

Nourishing Seasonal Food – Enjoy wholesome, lovingly prepared vegetarian food, snacks and refreshments throughout the day.

Sound Bath – Surrender into the deeply restorative sounds of the gong, singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, allowing time for rest and integration.

Wood-Fired Sauna – Complete our day with the warmth of our outdoor sauna, offering an opportunity to unwind, connect with nature and embrace the slower rhythm of the season.

Honouring the Journey

Throughout our day, we will gently explore three sacred invitations:

Honour – What has this year taught me, and what am I grateful for?

Release – What am I ready to surrender as this chapter comes to a close?

Receive – What qualities do I wish to nurture within myself during the quieter months ahead?

There is no expectation to share more than feels comfortable. This is your space to simply be, exactly as you are.

The Gift of Stillness

So often, we move from one chapter of life into the next without taking the time to acknowledge everything we have experienced.

Our final retreat of 2026 is not about setting resolutions, striving for more or becoming someone different.

It is about recognising that who we are, and where we are on our journey, is enough.

A day to soften, reconnect, give thanks and simply rest.

May we honour all that has shaped us, release what is no longer ours to carry, and enter the stillness of winter with gratitude, compassion and an open heart.
