Description
Summer Day Retreat – Sunday, July 26th
You are warmly invited to join me for a beautiful Summer Day Retreat, taking place on Sunday, July 26th in the sacred space of the yurt at Roney Point.
This time of year carries the vibrant energy of Beltaine—the Celtic festival of fire, light, and new beginnings. It is a season of celebration, abundance, vitality, and growth. Together, we will honour this energy by gently weaving it into our day—creating space to reflect on the abundance already present in your life, while opening to what is yet to come.
The Flow of the Day
We begin our retreat with a Cacao Ceremony—a heart-opening, healing elixir that invites you inward. Sitting with the spirit and essence of cacao allows you to gently bring awareness to any areas of your life that may be calling for light, softness, or attention.
This is your ceremony.
You may choose to lie still, move your body, dance, journal, draw, or simply rest and receive. Whatever arises intuitively within you is welcome and honoured.
Following our ceremony, you will be served a light, nourishing snack prepared by our chef of the day.
We then return to the yurt for a guided yoga practice. Yoga is a powerful tool—not only for creating space in the physical body, but also within the emotional and mental body. It supports strength, clarity, and a deeper connection to self, and beyond self—to the wider field of love and connection that exists within and around us.
A wholesome, nutritious lunch will be served, allowing time to ground, connect, and integrate.
In the afternoon, we gather once more in the yurt for a deeply restorative Sound Bath, using gongs, crystal singing bowls, rattles, and other sacred instruments. Sound is a profound way to harmonise the body, calm the nervous system, and release stagnant energy, bringing you back into a state of balance and ease.
To close the day, you are warmly invited to join in the wood-fired sauna experience. You may also wish to take a refreshing dip in the sea at nearby Roney Point honouring your own rhythm and what feels most aligned for you.
