I am so glad that you have found this ceremony. Or maybe this ceremony found you.
This is a powerful portal and a beautiful time to create something new. That may be a habit or goals relating to relationships, friendships, work or family. The new moon happens when the sun and the moon align in the sky. Take time to reflect in the darkness of the new moon.
We will sip Cacao. Keith’s Cacao cuts through the mental clutter, enhancing focus and concentration while enabling us all to hear our hearts, making self-expression, creativity and connection easier and more enjoyable.
And Keith’s cacao does all of this while creating a gentle state of euphoria that makes everything seem brighter and more enjoyable. If you are on any medication please let me know before as you may need to alter the dose of Cacao you consume.
While we sit in a circle sipping cacao, we will chant in a call and response method. This is known as Kirtan. My personal experience with Kirtan is a state of deep relaxation and a deep sense of letting go. It reminds me of the greater energy of God, Source the Divine. I truly feel held.
Our voices are a beautiful tool to create an internal vibration that can help soothe the soul. Chanting and singing together reminds us all of the oneness of each soul here on Earth.
