A Four-Week Program to Unlock Your Manifestation Powers.
Welcome to my four-week program designed to help you overcome limiting beliefs and harness your manifestation abilities. As part of this container, you will receive a ritual box delivered straight to your door.
Here’s what’s included:
- A manifestation vision board
- An essential oil roller with a unique manifestation blend
- A portion of Keith’s cacao
- A piece of citrine
The event will feature a variety of activities, including yoga, journaling, EFT, cacao ceremony, and vision board making, in addition to providing a supportive environment. We will meet every Wednesday evening via zoom at 7.30pm-9pm for 4 weeks.
Yoga is a powerful practice to help strengthen your mind, body and soul. It will create discipline which is important when trying to manifest. It will also help you to release any stagnant energy that may be blocking your energy points known as chakras.
The chakras responsible for your core beliefs about yourself are your root chakra and your solar plexus chakra.
Essential oils are a gift from earth to us. I will blend a powerful elixir for you to anoint yourself with daily. Essential oils help to heal us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
We open on week one with a cacao ceremony, eft and journal prompts.
Cacao will help you to come more into a receptive state. Keith’s Cacao cuts through the mental clutter, enhancing focus and concentration while enabling you to hear your heart, making self-expression, creativity and connection easier and more enjoyable.
We need to get clear from week one on what we are working towards. This will help you to travel through the rest of the weeks with clarity and clear vision.
Citrine is a beautiful crystal. A citrine gemstone gleams with power to illuminate your path and kindle your inner fire. Crystals offer us support by omitting a frequency. When our aura meets with the energy of a crystal it requires us to match the energy of the crystal. Citrine is associated with positivity and optimism, which is not surprising given its cheerful colour. It will be used by us to assist in manifesting financial abundance and opportunities. It will also be used to awaken the solar plexus chakra, helping to cultivate confidence and personal power.
EFT is a powerful treatment for physical pain and emotional distress and deep rooted limiting beliefs. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. People who use this technique tapping help the body to create a balance in their energy system and treat old beliefs that may be holding them back from their life purpose.
Enrolling for this 4 week container is closing December 2nd and all rituals will be shipped in December. Inside will be a letter with the structure each week explained and a qr code for you to scan. This will bring you to a guided meditation with affirmations for you to listen to daily.
