Join Charisse and Liz for a deeply nourishing morning of ceremonial cacao, conscious breathwork, sound healing, and gentle integration in the peaceful surroundings of the Bhakti Healing Yurt.
You’re welcome to arrive from 10:50 a.m. to settle into your space before we begin our opening ceremony at 11:00 a.m.
Our morning begins with a heart-opening ceremonial cacao and a grounding meditation, creating space to slow down, connect with yourself, and set a meaningful intention for your journey.
Once we’ve shared our cacao together, Charisse will gently guide you through a powerful breathwork journey. Breathwork can help release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and create space for emotional healing, clarity, and inner connection.
Following your breathwork experience, Liz will support your integration using a selection of beautiful sound healing instruments, allowing your body and mind time to rest, absorb, and gently return to the present moment.
To complete our journey, we’ll enjoy light refreshments, giving you the opportunity to ground, connect, and reflect before heading home.

If you have any injuries, medical conditions, are pregnant, or have any contraindications, please let us know before the ceremony. We will happily discuss whether adjustments can be made to support you safely or advise if another offering may be more suitable.
As we are a small independent business, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy allows us to continue offering intimate, high-quality experiences and to prepare each ceremony with care.
Our beautiful yurt is nestled in nature just 15 minutes outside Gorey, Co. Wexford, and only a short drive from some of Wexford’s stunning beaches. Why not make a day of it and enjoy the coastline with family or friends after your ceremony?
